The four bedroom finca has been extensively renovated and refitted by the present owner to create a truly unique home combining the finest elements of rustic Spain with the latest home comforts.

Designed for modern living, the finca is arranged on one floor, with differing levels to add charm and to accentuate key features and areas. The elevated position of the property offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa, which can be particularly enjoyed from the mirador. The spectacular terraced areas allow you to live the outdoor lifestyle to the full. The terraced dining area makes a very elegant entertaining space. Whilst the magnificent Mirador allows you to sit in comfort and contemplate the rolling hills that lie just beyond the outdoor pool and bar area. For the days when the outdoor pool can’t be used, there is a sumptuous indoor spa area with Jacuzzi, heated swimming pool and sauna.

This is a unique home has a real WOW Factor. Lovingly remodelled and sympathetically decorated, it offers the rare chance to buy a completed luxury home near the picturesque village of Gaucín. From the indoor Spa to the authentic mirador, it really has to be seen to be believed.

This truly magnificent country home is set in eight hectares of rolling farmland with wonderful views. It is about 5 minutes from the picturesque white village of Gaucin, 45 minutes from Gibraltar airport and less to the golf resort of Sotogrande. The quality of the design, the buildings, the furniture and fittings is of the very highest standard.

Entered from a typical Andalucian courtyard the main house contains five en-suite bedrooms. The large entrance hall leads out to an open air covered dining terrace and other terraces looking over the surrounding countryside. The sitting room gives access to the library and dining room. There is a very large fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area, a utility room and drying patio. Stairs lead down to the TV/ music room.

With its own separate entrance, there are staff or guest quarters of two en-suite bathrooms, a dressing room, kitchen and living room.

The land has little in the way of formal gardens being mainly planted with shrubs and trees dotted about.  The bulk of the land is being used and maintained by a local farmer.

This is a wonderful home in a wonderful situation!
