This delightful detached villa is situated less than a mile from the main beach, the shops and many fine restaurants of Calpe. With a supermarket and restaurant only 100m from the villa, its location will appeal too many.

The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a shower room. There is a spacious living/dining room with TV and a CD music system. There is a separate kitchen fitted with all modern appliances including a ceramic hob, microwave oven and a dishwasher.

French windows from the living room lead to both of the covered and open sun terraces that surround the 8m x 4m swimming pool. This has roman steps for easy access. The villa has a brick built barbeque, a poolside shower, sun loungers, patio furniture and parasol. In addition there is a separate shaded gazebo set in mature gardens. Off road parking is available.

The villa is well furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard. It has air conditioning units and electric heaters in the main living areas. It is in a very pleasant location for a relaxing holiday.

Villa Garoffer

This large detached villa is located in an enviable position with views across the flamingo salt lake to the Peñon de Ifach headland and National Park. It is within easy walking distance of the beaches, marina, shops and the restaurants of this popular resort.

The spacious accommodation is accessed at road level and all the accommodation is on one level. It consists of an entrance hall leading to the master double bedroom, which has a door to the covered sun lounge. Three twin bedrooms, two family bathrooms and a large lounge/dining room, which also has double doors to the sun lounge.

There is a separate fitted kitchen equipped with gas appliances, microwave and fridge freezer. The villa is very nicely furnished and well equipped throughout including central heating, open fire, Spanish Satellite TV, DVD Player and CD Music System. Portable air conditioning units are available for hire.

Outside, an external staircase leads down to the sun terraces that surround the 8m x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool, with its poolside shower unit. At this level there is a large covered terrace equipped with a brick built barbecue, a gas hob and a sink unit. There is an awning available to create a shaded al fresco dining area. The villa is enclosed by a high wall to give good privacy. There are mature gardens, a roof top solarium cum terrace and off road parking.

The magnificent views of the lake, the headland and the coast around Calpe combined with easy access to all amenities make this an ideal holiday location.
