This lovely detached bungalow is conveniently located in a quiet residential area and set back just 200 metres from the beach at Famara, one of the islands most popular resorts for water sports. The views from the villa are simply stunning with mountains to the rear and panoramic sea and coastal views to the front.

There is a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops within the immediate area. Caleta de Famara which has an array of restaurants specialising in locally caught fish and Spanish cuisine is just a two minute drive away. The location is great for walking and cycling and only ten minutes drive to the historic town of Teguise, the old capital. The villa is only a few minutes’ drive away from the favourite hang gliding take off point in Lanzarote.

The accommodation is accessed via double patio doors that face the sea. Inside, there is a lounge dining room with separate kitchen. This is fitted with modern appliances including washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. A small passageway from the living room leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. These have build-in wardrobes and bedside tables with lights. Entertainment is provided in the living room by way of a satellite TV and DVD player. The property is comfortably furnished throughout.

Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a partially covered terrace. Extensive sun terraces and ornamental gardens surround a 7 x 3.5 metre swimming pool which has roman steps to give easy access. Patio furniture and a brick built barbeque are provided to enjoy al fresco dining. There are plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun.

This is an ideal location for enjoying water sports including surfing, kite surfing and wind surfing. Schools and instruction are available for both surfing and kite surfing locally.
