This is a two storey detached villa of contemporary architecture and fittings. It consists of a double height lounge with stone fireplace, a dining room, four bedrooms, three having en suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, a laundry room, a pool plant room, and an ancillary storage space.

All ceiling heights are approximately four metres. Except for the living room, which has a ‘tongue and groove’ natural wooden floor, floor finish throughout entire house is of clear polished travertine marble.
