The villa was built in 2005 on a privileged location within Sierra Blanca Country Club, a gated and secure community directly bordering the Sierra Blanca National Park. This development of private villas, town houses and apartments is in Istan, an inland municipality neighbouring Marbella.

The villa faces south west and boasts spectacular and unobstructed views over the Istan Lake, Puerto Banus, the sea, Gibraltar and further to the Atlas mountains on the North African coast of Morocco.

Villa in Istan

This is a two storey detached villa of contemporary architecture and fittings. It consists of a double height lounge with stone fireplace, a dining room, four bedrooms, three having en suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, a laundry room, a pool plant room, and an ancillary storage space.

All ceiling heights are approximately four metres. Except for the living room, which has a ‘tongue and groove’ natural wooden floor, floor finish throughout entire house is of clear polished travertine marble. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The accommodation is provided with double glazed aluminium framed sliding doors and large windows throughout.
