Villa Calamares
This attractive semi-detached villa is conveniently located in the Calamares area of Playa Blanca. It is just 800 metres from bars, restaurants and shops. There is a small sandy beach near nearby. The main beach is approximately 250 metres away in the centre of the resort, well within walking distance of the villa.
The accommodation is all on one level. It comprises of a master double bedroom having an en suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool. There are two further light and airy twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The comfortable lounge / dining room is equipped with large sliding patio doors leading to the pool and sun terrace. The separate fitted kitchen benefits from all modern appliances including a dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV with restricted channels, a DVD Player and a stereo system.
Outside, patio doors from both the lounge and the master bedroom give access to covered and open sun terraces. These surround the 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool with a poolside shower. Pool heating is included during the winter months and available as an extra during the summer. A brick built barbecue and patio furniture are provided to enjoy true al fresco dining. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. The villa has well kept ornamental gardens and benefits from off road parking.
Villa Calamares is an ideal location for a peaceful holiday as the facilities of Playa Blanca are within walking distance. The ferry port is 1.5 Km away with journey times to Fuerteventura of just 25 minutes.
