This high quality villa is located in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones and situated just behind the main town of Puerto Del Carmen. It is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday with easy access by foot to the marina, town centre and the beach just beyond. This stunning villa really does have everything you need on your Canaries holiday. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and offers a good selection of facilities for you to enjoy during your holiday.

On the ground floor the comfortable lounge area has a 37” flat screen satellite television and DVD player and patio doors leading to the terrace, pool and garden. The lounge also benefits from air conditioning. There is a separate dining area with modern table and chairs and a second lounge/games area with flat screen TV, Wii, exercise machine and either a table tennis table or pool table. The sleek white fitted kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast table and chairs and all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en suite shower room and patio doors out onto the terrace. One twin bedroom also has an en suite shower room with wash basin and toilet. The remaining bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom fitted to the same high quality as the rest of the villa.  The villa benefits from an air conditioning.

The 9.5 x 3.5 metre swimming pool is electrically heated in the winter and solar heated all year round. It has roman steps for easy access. The pool area is surrounded by large open and covered terraces. There is a barbeque for making the most of al fresco dining. Villa Perla also benefits from a hot tub to make this the perfect place to relax and soak up the atmosphere of this beautiful island. There is also off street parking and maid service is provided twice weekly.

This magnificent detached villa is situated at the end of a small driveway and is probably the most outstanding villa on the island. It is conveniently situated in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones. The fine sandy beach and the main central avenue of Puerto del Carmen are just 900 metres away. There is a good selection of restaurants, shops and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk of the villa.

This is a unique and opulent villa. A large wooden entrance door gives access to a grand hallway with a reception bar and toilet off. From the hallway there are three steps up to the main living area. To one side is a sumptuous sunken TV lounge with an enclosed fireplace, a magnificent indoor garden and water feature. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV that receives English channels, a DVD player and a stereo system.

To the other side of the hall there is a home office desk with ADSL Internet connection and an open area leading to a second elegant and well furnished lounge. This contains leather sofas and chairs to seat eight people. From here, patio doors give access to three adjoining patio areas and the covered outdoor dining terrace.

The open plan kitchen diner is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a water cooler. All the accommodation is on one level from here and comprises of a master bedroom with king size bed, dressing area and full sized Jacuzzi fitted en suite bathroom. A second superb double bedroom contains a four-poster bed. There are also two spacious twin bedrooms and two separate shower rooms.

The villa occupies a large plot and boasts of the largest private pools in Lanzarote. It is a massive 18 metres long and 9 metres at the widest point. It has roman steps for easy access and benefits from solar heating all year round. At midday this pool heating will make it 3 to 5 degrees warmer than one without heating. As the pool is solar heated, its temperature will depend on the weather conditions.

Overlooking the pool and sun terraces that surround it is large covered outdoor dining terrace which contains a brick built barbeque complete with a kitchen equipped with a dish washer and fridge. Comfortable patio furniture is provided and will seat up to 10 people. A TV and stereo system are provided for entertainment.

In additional there is a luxurious therapeutic hot spa Jacuzzi with adjustable jets and a Nordic sauna for all to enjoy! Mature gardens to the front and rear add to the tranquil relaxing environment. Comfortable sun loungers with cushions and a parasol are provided for when relaxing on the extensive sun terraces.

The villa benefits from off-road parking for two or three cars. A small independent apartment, which is not part of the villa is occupied by the resident caretaker.

The villa is very comfortable indeed. It is furnished in a classic style to a very high standard and equipped throughout for modern living. It is the ideal location to experience a quiet and relaxing holiday in the most wonderful surroundings. A maid service is provided once per week.

This lovely detached villa is approached through double gates. It is conveniently situated in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones. The fine sandy beach and main central avenue of Puerto del Carmen are less than a mile away. There is a good selection of restaurants, shops and a supermarket within 10 minutes walk of the villa.

The villa is elegant and well designed. The grand entrance hallway has a sweeping staircase to the first floor. All the accommodation is on one level from here and comprises of a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms that share a separate family bathroom.

There is a spacious ‘L’ shaped lounge, with bar and a separate TV area. The dining room has a solid marble topped table with seating for eight people. Both rooms have double doors to a breakfast terrace, which has sea views. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV that receives English channels, a DVD player and a stereo system. The modern separate kitchen has many modern labour saving appliances.

The villa occupies a huge plot and boasts one of the largest private pools in Lanzarote. It is a massive 17 metres long and 6 metres wide. It can be heated during the winter months for a small extra charge. At midday, pool heating will make the it 3 to 5 degrees warmer than one which is not heated. The exterior walkways and sun terraces are covered with non-slip surfaces for improved safety. To one end of the terrace there is a covered brick built barbeque. Comfortable patio furniture is provided to enjoy al fresco dining.

This lovely detached villa is conveniently located just 400 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Avenida Las Playas. It is situated in a quiet residential area off Avenida Italia. The resort offers a large selection of bars, restaurants, discos and duty free shops.

The accommodation comprises of a tastefully furnished master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a further good sized double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The open plan living area is spacious and pleasantly decorated. There is ample seating for six people in comfortable surroundings. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV. Adjoining the lounge and dining area is an American style fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances including a washing machine, a microwave oven, a fridge freezer, oven and hob.

Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a covered terrace. Extensive sun terraces and ornamental gardens surround the 9 x 4 metres swimming pool which has roman steps to give easy access for children and the elderly. Patio furniture and a barbeque are provided for the enjoyment of al fresco dining. There are plenty of sun loungers and a poolside shower to cool off. Pool heating is free during the winter and available at extra cost during the summer.
