Villa “La Crème de la Crème” is a magnificent three bedroom villa complete with gardens and heated swimming pool. It overlooks the 15th tee of the Adeje championship golf course. It was completed by the Tierra del Fuego S.L. construction company in 2005 and was purchased by Clear Blue Skies Group S.L. in 2007. It is located about 15 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia International Airport in the south of Tenerife and is situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, which is adjacent to Playa de las Americas.

The villa has a garage with an electronically operated door. You enter via a “Video doorman” system onto the front terrace. Passing through the lovely double wooden doors, you come into the entry vestibule. From here you can access the lounge, kitchen, an en suite bedroom, the guest toilet or the stairs to the upper level.

The fabulous lounge has seven metres of windows and patio doors offering the most magnificent views imaginable looking out over the golf course, the ocean and up to three islands. The room is furnished with luxurious leather suites with recliners for relaxation. Entertainment comes from a magnificent 42 inch plasma TV with multi satellite English/Spanish/German programming including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. An iPod docking station and a Dell computer, complete with internet connection are also available. The dining area is furnished with an extendable table and leather chairs.

The stairs give access to the en suite master bedroom which includes a dressing area and its own private balcony. The en suite has a Jacuzzi style bath with shower over. The dressing room has extensive wardrobes and a dressing table.

The views from the balcony are over the 15th fairway and out to the sea. To the left you can see all of the way out to Playa de Las Americas and the point of Parque Santiago. At the other side of the bedroom there is an open balcony, where you can relax and idle the hours away when you have had enough of the year round sunshine.

Also on this level is the air conditioned third bedroom which has a wardrobe and double bed. For those who suddenly find their party increased to seven, there is a handy additional single bunk bed in this room.

Moving outside, there is a large terraced area and a garden with tropical plants. The heated swimming pool is set in an area of artificial grass (no-mow) which children or adults can play on in complete safety. Standing at the bottom of the garden, you will be able to enjoy the panoramic views all the way from Parque Santiago to Callao Salvaje and beyond.

The town of Adeje is only one kilometre inland from the villa and the lovely village of La Caleta is on the coastline, also one kilometre away. There are a large number of high class bars and restaurants available in these locations. The major towns of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos are just a five to ten minute taxi ride away.

For golfers, the course at Adeje is one of the best in the Canary Islands, and certainly the most picturesque. There is the eighteen hole, par 72, 6,783 yards Championship course and also a par 32, nine hole course at Adeje. There are four other golf courses within 20 minutes, Golf del Sur which has twenty-seven holes, Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, and the brand new course at Abama. There are also two courses on the North of the island. If you feel a bit adventurous, you can take the fast catamaran to La Gomera  which takes 35 minutes and play the fantastic golf course at La Tecina.

For the rest of us, Tenerife offers every sport and pastime imaginable. You can take part in snorkelling, scuba diving, whale and dolphin spotting, tennis, squash and there are numerous spas. You name it, we’ve got it! And when you’ve had enough of all that, there is of course South Tenerife’s NEW water attraction SIAM PARK right on your doorstep. You might just want to sunbathe 52 weeks of the year in what must be the world’s most gentle climate. Daytime temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC in summer and rarely drop below 22º in winter.

Villa Luca is a fantastic brand new Villa situated on the edge of the famous Costa Adeje Golf Course. Entry to the property is gained through a secure remote control gate, where there is space to park two cars. The villa is fitted with electric remote control shutters on all rear windows for added shade and security.

Through the main entrance, there is an entry vestibule. This gives access to the lounge and separate dining room, the luxury kitchen, the “Venecia Room” and a stairway to the upper rooms.

The kitchen is fitted with luxurious wall and marble topped units. It is equipped with top quality appliances by Siemans and Bosch including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There is a large utility room with a Bosch washing machine and dryer.

The lounge and dining room are furnished with contemporary furnishings with an extendable dining table and chairs and an exquisite L-shaped sofa. Some beautiful original paintings are also hung here. Entertainment is provided by a large 42” Phillips flat screen Television with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, other English channels, Spanish, German, European channels, as well as an iPod docking station and DVD/CD player.

The entry vestibule also gives access to the “Venecia Room” which has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and lovely “Venecia” furnishings. Adjacent to the “Venecia Room”, there is a shower room with WC, hand basin and shower.

The stairs from the entrance vestibule lead to the master bedroom and the Red Room. The master bedroom furnishings are ultramodern, as is the lighting which complements the abstract painting. There are two double wardrobes in the dressing area and a luxury en suite bathroom. This room has views to the rear of the villa to the mountains and views from the front to the Atlantic ocean. There are also double patio doors to the balcony which gives a view to the left of Las Americas, forward to La Gomera and Playa Paraiso to the right.

Also on this level is the Red Room with its own en suite shower room. As its name suggests, the theme of this room is red which applies to the furnishings and paintings, the leather headboard, large fitted wardrobes and twin beds. French windows lead out onto the balcony from where fantastic views of the Atlantic ocean and the nearby islands of La Gomera.

The double patio doors of the lounge lead onto the primary terrace and gardens, then onto the grassed area of “nomow.” From there the secondary terrace is reached with its with table tennis table and the large 7.5 metres by 3.25 metres pool – fully heated, of course!
