More and more people are talking about buying properties in the area. 10 percent increase in the queries from foreign buyers has brought smiles to the faces of the builders. Taylor Wimpey organization saw boost in the buying tendency with 63 percent overall increase. They are very happy with British buyers as they comprise their 100% of the buyers this year as compared to 2011.
